Family tree planting at Farnham Park (Saturday) SOLD OUT

Create a hazel and hornbeam coppice with us in Farnham Park, which will benefit caterpillars and butterflies, moths, birds, deer (who'll use it for shelter) and other mammals. For £25 you'll get a tree (approx. 1 metre tall), tree-protection and ongoing tree care.

About the Event
Please note that due to COVID restrictions you'll be allocated a planting time once you've bought your ticket. Planting times range from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 25th September, with 30 minutes allowed per family (planting won't take this long, but we are using this time to account for delays and santising of equipment).
Parking
Please park at the Six Bells pub carpark (GU9 9QZ) and follow the signage to the planting site. Both myself (Kaz) and Waverley's Head Ranger (Nick) will be there to greet you.
Arrival
Please only walk to the coppice on your allocated time slot. From midday onwards, the Six Bells pub will be open for drinks and hot food, and if you're running late on the day, please let me (Kaz) know 07881 387 330.
What to bring
As we can't gaurentee the weather please dress appropriately and bring gardening gloves if you'd like. Tools will be provided.
