Create a new coppice with us in Farnham Park to help increase biodiversity. The species that'll benefit most include caterpillars and butterflies, moths, birds, deer and other mammals. Buy a tree (approx. 1m tall), tree-protection and ongoing tree care for £25.

About the Event
Please note that due to COVID restrictions you'll be allocated a planting time once you've bought your ticket. Planting times range from 10am to 3pm on Sunday 26th September, with 30 minutes allowed per family (planting won't take this long, but we're using this time to account for delays and santising of equipment).
Parking
Please park at Hale Village Hall carpark on Wings Road (GU9 0HN), or besides nearby Upper Hale Play Park on The Green (this is a one-way road so enter from Upper Hale Road only). Limited parking is available on Nutshell Lane near the Park entrance. If parking here please be mindful of blocking residents' driveways, and keep the Park entrance clear (it's an emerancy exit). Signs will be available on the day to guide you to the park entrance and planting site, where myself (Kaz) and Waverley's Head Ranger (Nick) will greet you.
Arrival
Please only arrive at the coppice on your allocated time slot. If you're running late, please let me (Kaz) know 07881 387 330.
What to bring
As we can't gaurentee the weather please dress appropriately, and bring gardening gloves if you'd like. Tools will be provided.
Tickets
Hazel or Hornbeam tree
