Our Beliefs
What Makes Us Different?
We're proud to work with UK-based companies to restore and nurture our native landscapes for generations to come. Every plant we put in the ground is carefully selected for its local habitat, and protected from threats like drought, deer, and vandalism. By collaborating with councils, communities, landowners, and licensed British nurseries, we ensure the highest standards of care in every step of the process.
Sustainable Design
We follow strict environmental practices: using peat-free compost, sourcing pest and pathogen-free flora, and installing water butts to limit tap water usage. We’ve pledged to reduce our own plastic use and have partnered with Plastic-Free Farnham (where we're based) to help our town achieve plastic-free status.
Zero Greenwashing
We only work with organisations committed to genuine environmental action. Our anti-greenwashing policy ensures integrity across all our projects.
Flexible, Scalable Solutions
Every project is tailored to your organisation's goals, from a single volunteer day to a multi-site, multi-year nature restoration programme. Whatever your scale, we make it count.
Guaranteed Impact
Our rigorous care standards mean your plants will thrive. And all our sites are carefully selected and maintained for at least three years.
We care deeply about our environment and work hard to restore British wildlife.
Green Up Britain is a women-led, non-profit Community Interest Company on a mission to restore Britain's native landscapes, for wildlife, communities, and generations to come.

Founded in 2021, we've grown from a small team of passionate environmentalists into a trusted partner for businesses serious about their ESG commitments.
We've planted over 5,300 trees across 10 UK locations, appeared on BBC News and The One Show, and won a South & South East in Bloom award, all while staying true to our founding belief that real environmental action should never be dressed up as something it isn't.

Every project we deliver is guided by the same principles: verified impact, zero greenwashing, and genuine care for the land we restore.
